Legislative head of Rivers State Nyesom Wike, on Saturday, met with previous Delta State Governor, Chief James Ibori, at his Oghara nation home.

The visit is seen by many, as a feature of moves to position the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in front of the 2019 general races.

Points of interest of what Wike and Ibori talked about are not known, as access into the Ibori Villa in Ogharefe was limited, particularly to writers.

A source however revealed to The Nation, that the Rivers state representative arrived Oghara in a chopper Saturday evening and moved to Ibori’s home in a guard of autos.

“You realize that Ibori’s home is something of an off cutoff nowadays, particularly to writers, so I don’t think many individuals approached.

“For the present, it is hard to recognize what truly matters to the meeting, as it was held away from plain view, yet I heard somebody propose it was about how to get ready PDP for the following races in the area,” he said.
